Welcome to Cubicrafts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit our website, place an order or contact us. Our store runs on Shopify. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Please make sure the details you give us — name, address, phone number and email — are correct and complete.

2. Made to order

Every Cubicrafts product is 3D printed after you order it. Because of how 3D printing works:

Small differences in colour, texture or size (up to about 5%) and visible layer lines are normal and are not defects.
Product photos and videos show the design. Your piece may look slightly different from them.
Screen settings can change how colours look, so the printed colour may not match your screen exactly.

Some items have small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

3. Personalised and custom orders

Please check names, text, colours and design details before you order. We print exactly what you send or approve.
When you send us a logo, image, character or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse any request that we believe infringes someone else's rights, or that is offensive or unlawful.
For custom work, we'll confirm the price and timeline with you before printing starts.

4. Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Offers and discount codes last for a limited time, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so. We may change or end an offer at any time.
If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after you've received an order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email means we've received your order. It doesn't guarantee that we'll fulfil it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product can't be made, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll tell you.

6. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Dispatch times, delivery areas and delivery charges are covered in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged or wrong items, and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Our content

Our original designs, photos, videos, text and logo belong to Cubicrafts. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy or reproduce its design.

8. Using our website

Please don't misuse the website. That includes trying to break its security, interfering with how it works, placing fake orders, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

10. Our responsibility

We make every product with care. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
